Shipping & delivery policy
Sacchi Seva delivers puja kits and samagri in selected areas of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. The charge and timing for your pincode are shown before you pay.

1. Where we deliver
We deliver to serviceable pincodes in Lucknow. If your pincode is outside those areas, checkout will say so and we will not take payment for a delivery we cannot make.
Enter your pincode on a product page, or at checkout, to see whether we reach that address.
2. How long delivery takes
The time depends on the area. Same-day delivery is offered only where the area supports it, and only for orders placed before that area’s cut-off. Other serviceable areas are next day or within the window shown for that area.
Lucknow — Central. Same-day delivery on orders placed before 3:00 PM.
Lucknow — Outer. Delivered within 1–2 days.
Weather, traffic, or a phone we cannot reach can move a slot. If we are late, we offer a new time. A short delay is not, by itself, a full refund when we still deliver.
3. Delivery charges
The delivery charge is calculated from your pincode and shown before you pay. It is not added after payment. The price on a product page is the price of the listed items. Delivery, if any, is separate and appears in the checkout total.
Lucknow — Central. Delivery charge ₹49, free on orders of ₹999 or more.
Lucknow — Outer. Delivery charge ₹69, free on orders of ₹999 or more.
4. Receiving the order
Please have someone at the address who can take the parcel. A family member, guard, or receptionist at that address counts as received by you.
When the rider records an OTP, name, photo, or signature, we treat the order as delivered. If that record looks wrong, write to us with what happened.
If we cannot deliver because the home is locked, the phone is off, or nobody at the address can be reached, we may try again or close the order. Kits include fresh items we cannot always take back into stock, so a failed attempt for these reasons may not receive a full refund. That is set out in the cancellation & refund policy.
5. If we cannot fulfil a paid order
If a pincode is outside our area, or we cannot reach the address, or an item is suddenly unavailable, we will tell you and return the payment to the same method you used.
