When you sign in or order, we keep your name, email, mobile number, delivery address, what you ordered, and payment status. If you write to us, we keep that conversation so we can help.

Sign-in uses an email code or Google, if you choose it. A session cookie keeps you signed in on that browser.

We keep simple logs (for example when you signed in or when a payment was confirmed) so we can find your order if you need help. We do not store your full card number or UPI PIN.

Your cart stays in your browser. We record a few storefront events, such as viewing a kit or completing payment. We do not sell a profile of you to advertisers.

To run your account, take payment, pack and deliver, send your sign-in code and order email, and answer WhatsApp or email.

To match a cancel or refund request to the right order, so help goes to the person who paid.

We do not sell your personal information.

Razorpay, so payment can be collected and confirmed.

Our email provider, so OTP and order mail can be sent.

Google, only if you use Google sign-in.

The hosting and database that run this website.

The rider or courier, who needs your name, phone, and address for that delivery.

The payment provider, or the authorities, if we are required to help with a payment question.

We keep account and paid-order records for support, accounts, and any payment follow-up the law or Razorpay expects.

You may ask us to correct your name or address, or to remove account details we are not required to keep.
