Where does Sacchi Seva deliver?
We currently deliver in selected areas of Lucknow. You can check your pincode on any product page before ordering. Sorry, Sacchi Seva currently delivers only in selected areas of Lucknow.
How fast is delivery?
Same-day delivery is available in selected areas for orders placed before 15:00. Other serviceable areas are next-day. The exact timeline for your pincode is shown when you check it.
Is there a delivery charge?
Delivery charges depend on your area and are shown before payment. Delivery is free on orders above ₹999.
Do I need an account to order?
Yes. Sign in with email or Google before checkout. Your orders and addresses stay on your account.
What is included in a kit?
Every kit page lists each item and its quantity in full, along with the number of items included. Contents differ by kit level — Basic, Complete or Premium.
Which payment methods can I use?
Payments are handled by Razorpay, which supports UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and wallets.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, if the order has not been packed or handed to delivery. Message us on WhatsApp as soon as you can. After dispatch, we cannot cancel; the refund policy explains replacements.
How do I track my order?
Open Account after you sign in — paid orders are listed there. You can also use the confirmation email and the Track Order page with your order number.
What if something is missing or damaged?
Message us on WhatsApp at +91 9076524123 or email support@sacchiseva.com with your order number and a photo. We replace missing or damaged items, or refund them, as set out in the refund policy.
